Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel

Awesome experience! MJ, who checked me in, was very pleasant and provided lots of helpful information about the area. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. My room was ready when I arrived, and it was clean and comfortable. The linens were soft, and overall I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

This is one of my favorite hotels, if not the best, to stay at when visiting the DFW area. The staff is amazing… from the time you check in to the time you leave you get exceptional customer service. The hotel is very clean and has a good ambiance, including the bar and restaurant areas. The location is also amazing! It’s on a shopping strip with many retail and restaurant options. They also offer shuttle service within a radius, this I have not needed to use but thought it was nice. The only reason I am giving them a4/5 in rooms is because parking is not included in the price, the hot water is not very hot and the price is high per night. With all this said, it is still my favorite place to stay at and I will continue to return.

Hotel is nice as well as the meeting rooms and bar. I did however have an issue where they mistakenly gave someone my room key and they entered while I was in bed. I addressed it with the manager and he was professional and compensated me fairly. Mistakes happen but this was a pretty bad one.

This is a beautiful hotel that is impeccably clean and has a beautiful ambiance. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. But more than anything, you cannot beat this location. There are so many great restaurants and stores in walking distance. I look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone in the DFW area.

I had a wonderful stay at the Renaissance Dallas at Plano Legacy West Hotel. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning lights and impressive artwork displayed throughout the property, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The location is perfect, within walking distance of great shops and excellent restaurants. What truly stood out was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a genuine smile. I will definitely stay here every time I’m in Dallas.

My new favorite Dallas (ok, Plano) hotel. I'm in and out town quite a bit these days: to see my mom in memory care and for biz trips thru DFW. This hotel is my go-to. There are a few reasons: -- great rooms -- good price -- great location--near the tollway to the airport and plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. But...the #1 reason? The staff. I'll have to go through some old emails to find other names, but today I was helped by Matsun. Just an all-around 5-star customer experience (& the poor front desk team were freezing because every time the big doors the Arctic tundra blasted in!).

Stayed here for a conference. Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, well decorated, and the food was amazing. I've never had conference food at a buffet style that was as good as a top restaurant. Bao buns in a buffet line?! Yes please!

Friendly staff. Full service hotel. Had an excellent stay here. They upgraded my room and provided a free shuttle service. One of the better club lounges I’ve seen in a while too. A little pricey but it’s located in a great spot!
